University Downs is a friendly and lively community with an active community association that organizes numerous events. Neighbours enjoy community-wide garage sales, softball games, and an annual party in the park. Residents can spend time in the neighbourhood's many parks and are just minutes away from both Bechtel Park and Kiwanis Park.
The properties in University Downs are as diverse as its residents, ranging from rental apartments to detached homes and everything in between.
