The area features a mix of townhomes, semi-detached, and single-detached homes, primarily built between 1960 and 1990, all set on spacious lots with mature trees. Residents frequently enjoy walking their dogs and families can often be seen at the playgrounds in Sandowne Park and Dunvegan Park. Just a short drive away are Bechtel Park and Kiwanis Park, making Lincoln Village an excellent choice for nature enthusiasts.
