Commuters benefit from easy access to the parkway via Trussler or Fischer Hallman, and public transit is well-served, with the LRT only two neighbourhoods away. The term “mostly newer” refers to the area west of Fischer Hallman. The eastern part of the neighbourhood, closer to Laurentian Hills, features modest bungalows, two-story homes, and side-splits from the 1970s and 1980s.
