Located just east of RIM Park and the East Bridge neighbourhood, Country Squire is bordered by the Grand River on the south and east. Although no bus routes service these suburbs, a route along University Avenue connects to the LRT at Conestoga Mall, providing easy highway access.
Country Squire, a mature area with a formerly rural character, boasts impressive older properties on large plots of land. These spacious lots can easily accommodate five to ten full-sized homes each, making them truly oversized. Many of the older homes in this area are serviced by wells and septic systems.
This neighbourhood offers amenities similar to those in East Bridge but do not include schools.
