Columbia Forest is a popular and diverse family neighbourhood on the west side of Waterloo. Established in the early 2000s, it features a mix of condos, townhouses, semi-detached, and single-detached homes. While most properties are spacious 2-story homes, you'll also find many executive residences, often backing onto greenspace for added privacy.

The area is conveniently close to amenities such as grocery stores, shopping centres, restaurants, Costco, and The Boardwalk.
Public school children in Columbia Forest typically attend Abraham Erb for JK-6 or Vista Hills for JK-8. Some students are bussed to Edna Staebler in Clair Hills, which offers a French immersion option. These students then move on to Laurel Heights for high school. Catholic students attend St. Nicholas until high school, after which they are bussed to Resurrection.
