Columbia Forest is a popular and diverse family neighbourhood on the west side of Waterloo. Established in the early 2000s, it features a mix of condos, townhouses, semi-detached, and single-detached homes. While most properties are spacious 2-story homes, you'll also find many executive residences, often backing onto greenspace for added privacy.
