Janice wears two hats at the Gascho Group—as a licensed Realtor and our Director of Marketing. She combines market knowledge with creativity to help clients feel confident and supported. Whether working with buyers and sellers or crafting marketing plans, Janice brings a clear, thoughtful approach. Janice believes strong relationships and clear communication are key to every successful move.

Darren brings a well-rounded background in excavation, building materials, and real estate investment to his role as a sales representative. Now living in Elmira, he combines small-town values with big-picture experience to help clients make smart, confident decisions. Known for his honest advice and strong communication, Darren offers practical insight into a property’s potential — whether you're buying, selling, or investing.

Emily believes real estate is about more than just buying or selling — it’s about building trust, clear communication, and real relationships. She takes a thoughtful, client-first approach to make sure every step feels informed and personal.
